Bohigas Brut Reserva is a cava made with Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grapes, from old vineyards - some 50 years old - from the Can Macià estate. Once the grapes are harvested, it is pressed in the winery and the must undergoes an initial fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged on lees in the bottle for a minimum of 2 years.
