Named for one of Elvis Presley's best-known nicknames, The King is a Tennessee straight rye built on a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It pours a soft amber, with sweet rye grassiness on the nose alongside citrus and apple.
The palate moves through toasted oak, butterscotch and vanilla wafers, with a soft hint of pepper running underneath. The finish is sweet and complex, carried by a creamy mouthfeel. Sourced and blended by industry veterans, then bottled in Tennessee, where Presley began his career and made his home. 750 ml, 45% ABV / 90 proof.
