Handcrafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at Destiladora González González, Exotico Blanco is an award-winning, 100% Weber Blue Agave spirit produced under the oversight of master distiller Rodolfo González. Agave piñas harvested from the mineral-rich soils of Los Altos are cooked in traditional steam autoclaves, shredded, and open-fermented using proprietary yeast strains. Double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils, this unaged tequila captures the crisp, herbal essence of highland agave, offering a vibrant balance of citrus, peppery warmth, and mineral freshness.

Food Pairing: Grilled shrimp tacos, fish ceviche with lime, chicken fajitas, guacamole with tortilla chips, fresh oysters, or pork carnitas.
