G. E. Massenez Poize Williams Pear Brandy is an Alsatian fruit brandy made from Williams pears and distilled using traditional methods. It comes in a 750 ml bottle at 40% ABV.
The spirit keeps the delicate character of ripe pears alongside the warming quality of an aged spirit. On the nose and palate: fresh pear, floral notes, honey and subtle spice, closing with a clean finish.
In the Alsatian tradition, it is poured as an aperitif or a digestif.
