Lollipop is a rare Sudan Rume varietal, nitro-fermented by Julio Madrid at Finca Milan in Risaralda, Colombia. This coffee shines with candy-like sweetness and layered complexity, offering a vibrant sensory arc that’s both playful and refined.

On the cupping table, expect high-toned aromas of red fruit candy, florals, and a touch of citrus. The flavor is juicy and articulate, supported by a silky, coating body that amplifies the sweetness. A clean, lingering aftertaste culminates the sensory roller coaster that is Lollipop.
