Macaloney's Cath-Nah-Aven is a single malt spirit from Vancouver Island that honors traditional sherry-style whiskies. It has a complex nose with notes of red berries, plums, and oak, and a huge, creamy body on the palate with flavors of plums, raisins, spices, and a hint of sea salt. Aged in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks as well as American oak casks, it has a long, complex finish.
