Oest's Rachis 2020 is a light-body red wine from the Sierra Foothills AVA in the USA. Founded by Tahnee Shields and Brad Artziniega, Oest works with CCOF-certified organic Ponderosa Vineyard fruit. The blend is 48% Cabernet Franc, 48% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Semillon, with foot-stomped Cabernet grapes, fermentation bins, a bladder press and neutral oak aging.
