The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a bold, sherry-forward expression from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland — made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills for smoothness, and aged exclusively in oloroso sherry casks. The result is a single malt with a rich, deep hue and a flavor profile that leans into the sherry influence with confidence.
Named for the gravedigger — the keeper of secrets and stories — The Sexton is a whiskey with character and depth that belies its accessible price point. Dried fruits, subtle oak, and a smooth, lingering finish make it equally at home in a cocktail or sipped neat.
