Wholesale & Partnership

Build a coffee program your team can run consistently, every day.

Whether you are opening a café, adding coffee to a restaurant, or upgrading an existing bar, Moving Coffee helps you design a coffee program that fits your menu, equipment, staff, and service volume.

What we help with

• Coffee selection for your business

Match coffees to your menu and customer base. Includes espresso and filter options.

• Bar setup and workflow

Recommendations for bar layout, station flow, and service efficiency.

• Dial-in and recipe standards

Espresso recipes, grinder workflow, and consistency guidelines your team can follow.

• Training and quality control

Practical staff coaching and a simple QC routine to keep drinks consistent over time.

• Sourcing support (when needed)

Help choosing coffees that fit your positioning and price point.

How it works

1. Book a Time to chat, so we can understand your goals, concept, and current setup
2. On-Site Tasting Session to calibrate, train, and set standards
3. Follow-up plan with next steps, recommended cadence and purchase procedures
